Municipality of Neuheim now uses OneOffixx

In the Swiss canton of Zug, OneOffixx will soon be increasingly used. In addition to the city of Zug, which already uses OneOffixx for Microsoft Word and Outlook, the municipality of Neuheim has now also commissioned a project for OneOffixx Word. In total, the authorities of the canton of Zug will have more than 350 licenses for OneOffixx Word and Outlook in the future.

Existing template solution replaced by OneOffixx

OneOffixx replaces an existing template solution in Neuheim. With OneOffixx, the smallest municipality in the canton of Zug will be able to communicate more efficiently with its citizens and at the same time use resources and time in an optimal way. The kick-off for the project has already taken place and the go-live is planned for the 1st quarter of 2022. “We are looking forward to all employees of the Neuheim municipal administration being able to use OneOffixx for communication with our citizens very soon,” confirms Thomas Rubin (municipal clerk, Neuheim municipality).

Simplified work processes for employees in administration and IT

The municipality of Neuheim will soon also enjoy numerous other benefits offered by OneOffixx. OneOffixx for Word features a standardized display of logos, formatting and corporate designs on documents such as letters, meeting notes and memos. With just a few clicks, employees create Word documents in the correct CI/CD without having to spend extra time on setting the right fonts, colors and other formatting issues.

All templates and also contact data are clearly stored in a central location, with flexible access depending on the level of authorization. IT representatives and departments benefit from easy template maintenance, as adjustments to templates are quickly made and distributed to all workstations. With OneOffixx, not only the number of templates is reduced, but also the support effort for IT staff.

Authorities and private companies rely on OneOffixx

In addition to the authorities of the canton of Zug, many other customers – both public authorities and private companies – use OneOffixx to their satisfaction and benefit from significant simplifications in the creation of their Microsoft documents. Among the OneOffixx customers are also institutions of the cantons of Zurich and St.Gallen.
