Enthusiastic about OneOffixx right from the start
Curiosity, a deep interest in IT and a personal relationship: These were the main reasons for Dinah Bolli to move from Bern to the Thurgau region. Since October 2017, she has been supporting the OneOffixx Delivery Team. Her enthusiasm for OneOffixx is highly addictive: “In the past I was creating many templates myself. Having access to a clever template management system for styles, headers and footers, as well as for content – such as OneOffixx – would have been very helpful for me back then.”
Actively supporting one OneOffixx clients
Creating customer-specific templates is one of Dinah Bolli’s main tasks at OneOffixx. Providing a unified corporate design for all documents, which can be changed at the klick of a button and adjusted to various company locations is one of OneOffixx’s major benefits. “Each template is as individual as the client behind it.”
Dinah Bolli frequently provides advice to power users and clients via the OneOffixx support hotline. Analyzing and solving problems together with clients is one of her favorite tasks. The majority of OneOffixx customers keeps being surprised about how quickly and efficiently most difficulties can be solved. Thanks to the intuitive usability, most questions can be resolved immediately.
